Our residents tell us when they enter the main Applewood gates, they feel like they are entering an exclusive resort, but instead it is the place our residents proudly call home.
The village pond provides a lovely, peaceful backdrop and there are walks peppered around the village’s 24 acres (53% open space) which are popular with resident dog owners.
Thoughtfully placed seating areas provide the perfect spot for enjoying the lovely vistas of the undulating village grounds.
With convenient onsite access to walking trails, including the Koonung Park Trail, residents can enjoy some quality time spent outdoors.
